W26 Fitness Group Class Sign Up Form


Please fill this out for each class that you attend. For example, if you go to the yoga class on Tuesdays at 8am every week, we will ask that you fill this out each time you come or prior to. If you do know you will attend several classes on a given week, you can include them all on one form instead of having to submit the form for each one.

Locations:
Turf= Recreation Center Level 1 (Turf Level)
RSCC= Raider Strength and Conditioning Center (weight room) located in the basement level of the Fieldhouse Arena. If you are have trouble finding this, ask any of the student workers at the reception desks outside of the arena
FFH 212= Classroom 212 in the Ford Fieldhouse Arena

For yoga and pilates classes we ask that you bring your own mats. We do have some extras, but not enough for everyone.
